The results of the Second Year Higher Secondary SAY/Improvement Examination, June 2012 is published. The students who have complaints or doubts about their results can apply for Revaluation & Scrutiny for all subjects except Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. They can apply for Photocopy of their answer scripts in respect of all subjects. The fee for Revaluation, Scrutiny and Photocopy are Rs. 400/-, Rs.75/- and Rs.300/- per subject respectively. The application should be submitted to the Principals of the schools where the candidates have registered for the examination. The last date for the submission of application is 27.07.2012. The prescribed application form can be had from the schools or from the department portal. The applications will not be received directly in the Directorate. On completion of the revaluation process, changes if any will be intimated to the students directly or through the portal and fresh certificates will be issued to them on production of the original certificates within the stipulated time.
All Higher Secondary School Principals should upload the data in the applications for Revaluation, Scrutiny or Photocopy using the Software provided by the Secretary, Board of Higher Secondary Examinations before 31.07.2012.
Regarding the results of candidates retained in the RAL category, the Principals of the Higher Secondary Schools from where the candidates have appeared for the Examination should furnish the details of registration and fees remitted along with admission ticket in respect of the candidates concerned, to the Secretary, Board of Higher Secondary Examinations immediately.
